How we start a new account

Most facilities begin with a quote request and a walkthrough. We review the building type, approximate square footage, traffic patterns, access, and the cadence you need. After the walkthrough we send a written scope and price so you can compare the work, not just a number. When you approve the agreement, we coordinate keys or codes, special instructions, and the first service date. If the scope needs to change later, we update the written checklist instead of guessing on site.
