A local cleaning partner that actually shows up

CJT Janitorial: owner-run, locally accountable
Most facility managers have a story about a cleaning company that over-promised and disappeared. We started CJT to be the opposite: a local team where the people who quote your space are the same people accountable for keeping it clean.
We build each service plan around the facility, schedule, priorities, and agreed checklist, with a clear local point of contact.
The standards behind every clean
Clear point of contact
Facility requirements and questions stay connected to an accountable local contact.
Defined scope
Written priorities and service details make expectations easier to review and manage.
Attention to detail
We focus on the surfaces, corners, baseboards, and touchpoints named in the agreed scope.
