Metro Detroit Gym and Event Venue Cleaning
Gyms and event venues need cleaning plans that match occupancy peaks and reopening deadlines. CJT Janitorial can scope recurring common-area cleaning, event resets, and periodic floor care after reviewing the site and schedule.
Separate recurring upkeep from event reset work
A gym’s daily traffic and an event venue’s teardown create different workloads. Record the occupied rooms, expected attendance range, furniture responsibilities, restroom demand, and waste-handling arrangements. An event reset should start only after the organizer releases the space and identifies any damage or restricted items.
Build your cleaning scope with CJT Janitorial
- Entry, reception, corridor, and common-area floors
- Restrooms, changing areas, and approved touch points
- Ordinary waste collection and accessible surface cleaning
- Event-room reset cleaning after equipment and decorations are cleared
Sports flooring, rubber surfaces, and finished wood need compatible products and methods. Do not assume a stripping or waxing program is suitable. Fitness equipment electronics, pools, saunas, biohazard cleanup, heavy furniture moving, and high rigging are excluded unless separately assessed. Agree on escalation for broken glass and unsafe conditions.
Questions before the walkthrough
What affects a post-event cleaning quote?
The usable cleaning window, attendance, room count, floor types, restroom use, waste volume, and furniture or equipment responsibilities all matter. CJT Janitorial confirms those details before pricing the work.
How does CJT Janitorial prepare a quote?
We review the rooms, floor types, condition, frequency, service window, and exclusions during a walkthrough, then document the agreed work in a written proposal.

Service availability is checked against CJT Janitorial’s 15-mile radius from Royal Oak, MI 48073, along with scope and crew capacity. A city or county name alone does not confirm coverage.
Bring your room list, current scope, access requirements, and preferred service schedule. CJT Janitorial will review the work and any exclusions with you before a price is agreed.
